Approximately 12 years ago Baker & Associates, Inc. saw the need for architectural design services to be offered in the Platte Valley. Rex Peterson, AIA was hired to provide Architectural Services along with the Civil Engineering and Surveying already being performed. Since then two more architectural designers as well as a Structural Engineer were brought on to complete the team.

In June 2010, it was decided that in order to market the architectural department properly, a new business would be formed. Studio 120 Architecture is now a division of Baker & Associates, Inc. and will continue to work closely with them to offer Civil Site Design and Surveying. All of the work for Studio 120 Architecture will be completed from our Scottsbluff, Nebraska office.
